radar and be sure to click on the weather. >> the state bill is on the legislative fast-track addressing a court ruling that labeled pit bulls as an inherently dangerous dog. it applies to all dog breeds. under the proposal of dog owners would bear a greater responsibility for dog bite and let large would have less. the bill increases protection for dog owners. it allows all dog owners to defend themselves in court rather than be automatically held responsible. >> a relieves the plaintiff of the obligation to go out and find someone who says that dog bit me. >> the bill would hold landlords

a jury came back with its ruling on monday. we have more on this story. >> the doctor has had her medical license since 2002 and practiced in howard county for several years. she removed the wrong over from her patient and lied about it, it was ruled. the case started with a visit about insist on her left over it. the doctor recommended cuts she have her left bavarian sister moved to prevent future complications. the medical student checked in to have the over removed but things went wrong. >> the defendant said the surgery went well. i removed the every but never specified she had removed the right over a. >> the records say the doctor not only removed the right of rebuttal sir -- also her full be into. the did not realize the mistake

until she visited another doctor and had at cat scan. >> she felt like she was lied to. she was. >> her attorney argued that the doctor tried to cover her mistake by altering medical records. >> she added things to those records that indicated she was having right cited pain in her palace. things that were added for the sole reason of justifying or attempting to justify why she had not -- she had removed the right over. >> it took an hour to come back with the verdict. he is now looking into the possibility of more victims. >> we have received two phone calls from women within the past couple of days indicating they were patients and believe and over was removed that it should not have been or another part of their anatomy has been removed. without their consent. >> hour calls to the attorney
